Back At You, Inc. ("Back At You") uses the third-party subprocessors below to help provide its services. Each subprocessor is bound by written data-protection obligations consistent with our Data Processing Addendum. We update this page before adding a new subprocessor that processes customer data. Advertising partners (not subprocessors)
In addition to the subprocessors on this page, we work with advertising partners, currently Google Ads, Meta, and AdRoll (NextRoll), that may receive online identifiers, activity information, or contact information (such as hashed email addresses or phone numbers used to build matched or custom advertising audiences) for cross-context behavioral advertising or retargeting, as described in our Privacy Policy. These partners act as service providers only to the extent a restricted or limited data processing setting applies; otherwise, disclosures to them for advertising may be treated as "sharing" under state privacy laws, and you can opt out at any time using the Global Privacy Control signal or the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our website footer.
